Duncan Anderson leads developer ecosystem for NVIDIA Earth-2, NVIDIA's platform for AI-accelerated climate and weather simulation, where he works to build strategic partnerships with researchers, startups, and industry partners that advance the frontier of data driven weather simulation and its downstream impacts. He came to NVIDIA from S&P Global Commodity Insights, where he was a research director leading a team focused on probabilistic simulation architectures spanning climate, weather, energy systems, and agricultural commodities. 


His background is in power market simulation and LMP forecasting, and his work has centered on applied probabilistic weather simulation translating weather and climate uncertainty into risk and prognostic impact assessment across agriculture, energy, and infrastructure. He holds a BS in Applied Economics and Environmental Engineering from Cornell and an MSE in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UT Austin.
