Joseph's chief desire is empower those who are next. He leads an executive coaching practice and is a Master Trainer for Simon Sinek's Optimism Company. He served as president of Genesis College in Osaka, Japan and as a professor of business at SKKU Business School in Seoul, Korea.

He is an author and a leadership advisor and speaker whose clients include Adidas, BCG, Google, Merck, Microsoft, Nike, PwC, Samsung, Toyota, and the U.S. Air Force. He is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and enjoys training with his sons.
