Panteha Healey works in VC Partnerships at OpenAI, where she serves as a liaison between OpenAI and the venture capital community. She connects investors, founders, and portfolio companies with OpenAI’s teams, programs, and expertise, helping startups understand and apply frontier AI as they build, launch, and scale. Her work spans ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, and helping emerging startups move to real-world adoption.
Before joining OpenAI, Panteha was Head of Business Development at Mayfield, where she partnered with founders on early market adoption, design wins, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategy. She also helped connect portfolio companies with Mayfield’s global network of more than 11,000 CxOs, creating opportunities for customer insight, strategic relationships, and enterprise growth.
Earlier in her career, Panteha spent more than a decade working with venture firms and startups across Microsoft and Amazon Web Services. In strategy, operations, sales, and marketing roles, she helped founders navigate enterprise adoption, establish partnerships with hyperscalers, and built programs that strengthen the startup ecosystem. She has worked with founders and investors since 2014 and helped launch Microsoft’s Pegasus Program, which connects high-potential startups with enterprises in need of digital and AI transformation.
Panteha brings more than 15 years of experience in global go-to-market, strategy, and business operations. Her perspective combines the rigor of evaluating new technologies with hands-on experience helping companies move from early traction to durable growth. She studied Communications and American Studies at the University of California, Davis and previously served on the advisory board of Lesbians Who Tech.
A Bay Area native, Panteha is based in Menlo Park, California.
